How is your development process structured?
Our development structure is as below:

The scope of work outlines the specific goals of work to be performed and any deliverable to be made, the prices to be paid, the schedule delivery dates, and the terms and conditions governing the project.
After we select you for a project, how do you deal with follow-ups and updates?

What are your rates?
Our fees are competitive and reflect the market rate for CG artwork of the nature we provide. Each client and each project is unique.
Depending upon the client’s project, we charge per project or per day or per phase/milestone.Please contact us at:biz@zatun.com for our Rate-Card information.
How do we kick-off project in terms of overall concept, mocks, style samples etc?
We will create concepts for the overall style of the game based on your references, sketches and ideas. Based upon these concepts we will create mock ups and then finalize the mock ups into actual design.
What quality controls did you have in place to ensure assets were to spec prior to sending to hiring studio?
We do have quality assurances in place. For artists working on a specific project we have daily meetings and each artist understands his/her part of the project. Once assets are ready for submission, they are double checked by artists and the top management before sending it on the client. We only proceed to the next stage, once the quality of the first stage is approved.
What security measures do you have in place for our project/data?
The client’s project is stored in our in-house secure servers and is not connected to the internet and our employees do not have administrative access to it.
Our employee workstations do not have internet access and their CD-DVD drives and their USB slots are disabled.
Access to our office is restricted and only people with prior appointments are allowed to enter. We have stand alone workstations which are not connected to LAN with high-speed broad band in a separate room for our employees.
How do you handle revisions?
In any art-work there are bound to be revisions or changes. Customer satisfaction is a huge priority for us. We can revise delivered artwork as many times as the client wishes to ensure complete client satisfaction. Revisions are placed into three categories.
1. Minor Revisions
These are the revisions submitted by the client during each stage. Usually, these revisions take less than a day and we fix them free of cost.
2. Approval Revisions
Once the client approves an item for a particular stage we move on to the next stage. Even after approval if there are revisions on that particular item for the previous stage, we charge a per hour/per artist cost for that revision.
3. Major Revisions
These revisions are the ones which reflect and require new conceptual input. At times, the client is not happy with the initial concept which the client has and wishes to start from scratch. These revisions are billed at per day/per artist cost.
Revisions rarely account for a large additional expenditure because we concentrate so much effort on the careful planning and performance of each task.
Please indicate which platforms/devices you have developed projects for?
We have developed games for PC, iPhone,Android and iPad while we have provided game art services for all platforms including iPhone, iPad, Android, Facebook ,PC, Mac, XBOX 360, Wii, Nintendo DSi, PS2, PS3, Online games, Flash games, Casual Games and Hidden Object Games.
Do you switch artists between projects? What if a big and a better client comes along while my project is going on?
No, we never switch artists between projects. The artists, who start the project, end the project. If a bigger and better client comes by, we will only take up the project if we have the resources to handle it but not at the cost of your current project.
