How is your development process structured?
Our development structure is as below:
The scope of work outlines the specific goals of work to be performed and any deliverable to be made, the prices to be paid, the schedule delivery dates, and the terms and conditions governing the project.
How do we kick-off project in terms of overall concept, mocks, style samples, etc?
We create sketches and line concepts for the overall style and look of the game based on the client references, images and RFP document. Once we receive the feedback, we create color concepts and mock ups and then move to creating the actual game-art.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since June, 2007.
What are the working hours, and normal hours of work?
We work 45 hours a week and our normal work hours are from 9 AM – 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) /7:30PM – 4:30 AM PST (Pacific Standard Time). We can come in a couple of hours early or stay a couple of hours late to communicate at the client local time.
What are your rates?
Our fees are competitive and reflect the market rate for CG artwork of the nature we provide. Each client and each project is unique.

Do you switch resources among projects? What if a big and a better client come along while my project is going on?
No, we never switch resources between projects. The resources, who start the project, continue until the end of the project. If any other project comes by, we will only take up the project if we have the resources to work on it, but not at the cost of the current project.
What kinds of people work at Zatun and what is the average employee experience?
We have a great mixture of creative and technical people who make this company a great success. All our artists have a background in Fine Arts and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts while our programmers hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer science. The average employee experience is 5 years.
What security measures do you have in place for project/data protection?
We take very strong security measures for project and data protection. Privacy and respect for intellectual property is a part for our culture.
What quality controls did you have in place to make sure assets were to spec before to sending to hiring studio?
We do have the quality assurances in place.
Please indicate which platforms/devices you have developed projects for?
We have developed games for PC, iPhone, Android and iPad while we have provided game art services for all platforms including iPhone, iPad, Android, Facebook, PC, Mac, XBOX 360, Wii, Nintendo DSi, PS3, Online games, Flash games, Casual Games and Hidden Object Games.
